In Good Faith LLC d/b/a Remi ("Remi," "we," "us") provides referral management software to specialty dental practices. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information we collect. Your mobile number and a record of whether you agreed to receive texts, as entered by your dentist's office or the specialty practice.
2. How we use information. To deliver referral information to the specialty practice you were referred to; to send text messages you have opted in to receive about your referral; to notify the referring dental office about the status of your referral; and to operate, maintain, and improve our services and respond to your questions.
3. Text messaging. If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number only to send messages about your referral. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS Terms for details. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as our SMS delivery provider) that help us operate the messaging program.
4. How we share information. We share information only with the dental practices involved in your referral (the referring office and the specialist practice); with service providers that help us operate Remi, such as hosting and SMS delivery, under confidentiality obligations; and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
5. Health information. When we handle patient health information on behalf of dental practices, we do so as their service provider and in accordance with applicable law, including HIPAA where it applies.
6. Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information.
7. Your choices. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP. To ask about or request deletion of your information, email support@meetremi.io.
8. Children. Remi is not directed to children under 13. Messages about a minor's referral are sent only to a parent or guardian who has opted in.
9. Changes. We may update this policy. The current version will always be posted on this page.
