Remi Referral Updates: SMS Terms
Last updated October 10, 2026
The program: Remi Referral Updates sends text messages to patients who have been referred to a specialty dental practice that uses Remi, and who have agreed to receive them. Remi sends the messages on that practice's behalf, and every message names Remi and the practice.
How you agree: When your dentist's office prepares your referral, staff ask whether you agree to receive texts about it, and record your answer on Remi's referral form. Staff at the specialty practice may also record your agreement when they log a referral by phone. Agreeing is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or treatment. For patients under 18, texts go only to a parent or guardian who agreed.
What we send: A confirmation that your referral arrived, reminders to call the specialist's office to book, and a reminder to rebook if an appointment is missed or canceled. We never send marketing or promotional messages.
How often: Message frequency varies. Reminders to book stop once you book. If an appointment is later missed or canceled, you may receive a reminder to rebook.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
To stop: Reply STOP to any message. We'll send one text confirming you won't receive more. To start again, reply START.
Help: Reply HELP to any message, or email support@meetremi.io.
Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes: We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page.
