Text updates about your referral
When your dentist refers you to a specialist who uses Remi, you can choose to get text messages about your referral. This program is called Remi Referral Updates.
How you agree:
Your dentist's office will ask whether you'd like texts from the specialist's office about your referral. If you say yes, they record your answer on Remi's secure referral form. Saying yes is optional, and your referral is sent either way. For patients under 18, texts go to a parent or guardian who agreed.
What you will get:
A confirmation that your referral arrived, reminders to call the specialist's office to book, and a reminder to rebook if an appointment is missed or canceled. Every text names Remi and the specialist's office. We never send marketing messages.
How often:
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any text to stop. Reply HELP for help, or email support@meetremi.io.
